Episode 91: Banned Books

October is banned book month, and Josh and Dietrich tackle this controversial issue by examining some of the more famous examples of banned books, along with the wide and bizarre variety of reasons they have been banned. From To Kill A Mockingbird (which can apparently entice you to join the KKK) to Diary of Anne Frank (described by one school official as "a real downer"), we look at books that have been pulled from shelves. In addition, Josh has an amazing silent film experience, Dietrich revisits an outstanding book by John Scalzi, and the pair discuss the young adult series from the masterful Terry Pratchett.
