Rachel discusses short fiction, and the resurgence in short stories fueled by e-readers and digital distribution. Josh talks about the massive spike in the quality of book adaptations, both in television and in film. In addition, the trio get a pair of emails chiming in on the last book club selection, Dietrich reads three superb books, Josh discusses a classic novel that puts the lie to the claim that classics are dull, and Rachel continues reading a bizarre take on a classic story. Finally, Dietrich talks about a reality show that seems to contradict everything done in reality shows, Josh raves about a concert done by a storytelling band, and Rachel does her best to make Dietrich fume with anger at not having the chance yet to play Fallout 4.
